PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation due to heat of an embedding material in case of the curing of a precast concrete board while ensuring the unifying of a substrate for a hollow concrete slab and case-in-place concrete. SOLUTION: Truss bars 2 for reinforcement and embedding materials 3 as lighter weight materials are installed to a precast concrete board 1A. Undulation by a large number of irregularities, cotters, grooves 51, 52 or the like is formed to the surface of the precast concrete board 1A at that time. Ventilation paths 51a, 52a are ensured among the surface of the precast concrete board 1A and the rears of the embedding materials 3 by undulation. The ventilation paths function as steam vent holes, and undulation promotes the unifying of concrete.
