PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a disaster-prevention system that selects a fault with a higher degree of hazard with priority even on the occurrence of a plurality of faults at the same time. SOLUTION: The disaster-prevention system is provided with a terminal 11 that monitors presence of a fault through various detection and makes a polling request when detecting a fault and with a controller 1 that selects a fault with a higher degree of hazard when a plurality of faults are detected according to the polling in response to the request, conducts polling to retrieve the terminal 11 that causes the fault and selects the terminal 1 to collect the fault information when the result of polling can locate the terminal 11.
