PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge device of a cabinet with a door, which can surely prevent a hinge instrument from coming off and excellent in appearance with a body side hinge piece and a door side hinge piece hidden by their respective covers in a cabinet with a door wherein hinge instruments are screwed to the framework of a cabinet body and the door and the door is closably attached to the cabinet body. SOLUTION: A hinge instrument 3 comprises a body side hinge piece 4 and a door side hinge piece 5 pivotally attached to each other, and each hinge piece is formed with a mounting hole 7 for screwing. In addition, a recessed section (recessed groove 15) is formed at the position of at least the body side hinge piece, which faces to the inside of the cabinet, and the body side hinge piece is screwed on the inside of a body side plate and is hidden by the side cover 16 attached on the inside of the side plate, and the end edge (notch section 18) of the side cover 16 is engaged with the recessed section to regulate the forward motion of the body side hinge piece.
