PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit capable of preventing harmonic noise from being generated and improving a power factor. SOLUTION: A control part 5 controls a switching element SW with an output pulse. An input signal waveform correcting part 20A is connected to the input side of the part 5. The part 20A consists of a voltage divider part 21, a diode D2 and a capacitor C3. An input signal (input current) (a) of a sinewave inputted from an inputting part 1 is rectified by a rectifier part 2 and inputted as an input signal to the part 5. A part of the input signal charges the capacitor C3 as a charge current il. The capacitor C3 repeats charging and discharging. A slow input signal (b') fluctuating between Vmin and Vmax is inputted to the part 5, and the part 5 outputs an output signal as a normal pulse to the switching element SW. Also, the inputs signal (a) is never distorted to generate harmonic noise.
