The arrangement has two or more plastic pipes (1a-1c) arranged adjacent to each other, and a sleeve (2) enclosing both pipes. The pipes are held together with a predefined degree of play between them and with respect to the sleeve. The pipes can be of equal or unequal diameters. An Independent claim is also included for a method of producing a composite pipe arrangement.
