PURPOSE: An organic semiconductor device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure stability and a fast switching property by improving charge mobility. CONSTITUTION: Two or more hole transport layers(31a,33a,35a) are provided. An electron transport layer(41a,43a) is arranged between the hole transport layers. The electron transport layer and each hole transport layer form two interfaces. A PN junction and an NP junction are successively formed on each interface. |
