PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular mold member in which a tubular film is easily released in case of releasing the tubular film from the inner surface of the tubular mold member. SOLUTION: The tubular mold member 22 is used in such a case that a sheetlike film 26 consisting of thermoplastic resin is wound on a cylindrical inner mold 24 and inserted into the tubular mold member 22 having a diameter slightly larger than that of the inner mold 24 and heated to mold the tubular film by heating, pressurizing and welding the sheetlike film 26. A tubular member 56 consisting of material having resin releasing properties better than the material of the tubular mold member 22 is provided in a spigot part 52 worked on the inner peripheral surface of the tubular mold member 22.
