PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically shorten the time needed to reoperation and to improve the operating ratio of equipment by turning the integrated structure of an upper jetting nozzle and an upper straightening plate to retracting limit with a header tube for jetting nozzle as the center and executing the passing of a steel sheet only by feeding with pinch rolls at the inlet side of the steel sheet. SOLUTION: The integrated structure of the upper jetting nozzle 4 and the upper straightening plate 5 is made to the advanced steel sheet 10 so as to parallel the upper straightening plate 5 to the upper surface of the steel sheet 10 and shift the upper jetting nozzle 4 to a jetting position, or so as to turn for retracting the upper straightening plate 5 and the upper jetting nozzle 4 to the upper part. In the passing operation of the steel sheet, a rod in each fluid cylinder is extended to the rear part retracting limit and the upper jetting nozzle 4 and the upper straightening plate 5 are turned to the upper retracting limit and the pinch rolls 2a at the inlet side is rotated and the steel sheet 10 is fed to the outlet side to pass the steel sheet. In this way, the time needed to the reoperation after stopping a pickling device or after cut-off accident of the steel sheet during operation, can drastically be shortened, and the operating ratio of the pickling and the related equipment is improved.
