PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce bent portions of piping in a device, so as to make fluid hardly remain in the piping and reduce the height of the device. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of the first joints 2 by which the fluid supplying source side is freely connectable, and of which the shaft centers are fixedly arranged in line to make the shaft center arranged in parallel within the first substantially horizontal plane 21, a plurality of the second joints 3 by which the fluid supplied side is freely connectable and of which the shaft centers are arranged in parallel within the second substantially horizontal plane 22 located in an underside within the first plane 21 and are arranged in line to be movable in their axial directions, a plurality of bridge piping 4 arranged in line to be coaxially with the first joints 2, having in their one-ends the first connecting parts attached detachably to the first joints 2, and having the second connecting parts attached detachably to the second joints 3, an exchanging means 5 for exchanging connecting positions of the bridge pipings 4 to change a connecting relation of the pipings 4 to the first joints 2, and the first moving means 6 for moving the second joints 3 in their axial directions to change a connecting relation between the first and second joints 2, 3.
