PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnet-driven valve for internal combustion engines which improves durability of the electromagnet by sufficiently releasing heat from an electromagnetic coil and to reduce power consumption of the electromagnet by efficiently generating force from the electromagnetic coil. SOLUTION: Electromagnets 5, 6, which open and close a valve portion 3 that opens and closes an intake/exhaust port 2 of an internal combustion engine, are comprised of an inner yoke 19, an electromagnetic coil 21 that is formed by winding a copper wire around the inner yoke 19, and an outer yoke 22 that is mounted to the electromagnetic coil 21 supported by the inner yoke 19 and that works integrally with the inner yoke 19 to plug one end of the electromagnetic coil 21 and open the other end of the electromagnetic coil 21.
