PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attached-organism preventive device for an offshore structure in a sea, by which organisms attaching on the surface of a support can be cleaned and removed by effectively utilizing the energy of the tide level and wave motion of seawater. SOLUTION: The attached-organism preventive devices 2 are installed around the support 1 of the offshore structure, and the attached-organism preventive devices 2 are composed of annular preventive members 3 following up to a tide level or waves and being lifted and lowered and cleaning and removing organisms adhering on the surface of the support 1. The preventive members 3 are formed in a ring shape when the support 1 is formed in a columnar shape, and the member 3 is formed in an annular shape corresponding to a sectional angular form when the support is formed in the sectional angular form. The preventive members 3 are formed in a hose-shaped annular form, and composed of a material floated on seawater or constituted by filling a hollow section with a material having large buoyancy, and fitted with openings (such as approximately 1-30 mm) to the support 1.
