PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable rescue gear that is for use in case of emergency in high-rise buildings and the like as one rescue method when for example the progress of geographic disasters hinders laddermen from accessing them. SOLUTION: For rescue operations from downstairs, the portable rescue gear is stretched out from downstairs balconies, windows or the like so that its sheet portion 1 projected can protect persons to be rescued from falling on the ground or encourage them to jump thereinto.
