SUBSTANCE: aircraft includes two fuselages with passenger cabins, fore horizontal plane mounted on pylons under nose fuselages forming slots between lower surface of fore horizontal plane and fuselages which is narrowing in way of flow; it is provided with panels extending beyond fuselage contours; aircraft has wing mounted on pylons above middle fuselages forming slots between lower surface of wing and fuselages in way of flow; wing is unhedral which is constant along its span; combined rear horizontal plane is mounted on upper ends of fins; aircraft is provided with two fins mounted on tail fuselages forming panels extending beyond narrowing tail fuselages; engines located on either side of panel and multi-leg landing gear; center-wing section is provided with attachment units for securing detachable cargo which are located on its lower surfaces.
