PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional bed capable of automatically execute mutual conformation change of a bed conformation and a wheelchair conformation by extremely simple operation by reducing a size by simple structure. SOLUTION: In a multi-functional bed FB formed of two of a fixed U-shaped bed 1 with a U-shaped notch part 6 and a movable auxiliary bed 2 attachably and detachably fitted to the U-shaped notch part of the bed 1, the movable auxiliary bed is provided with a driving source M1, which freely changes a conformation to the bed conformation in a horizontal posture and the wheelchair posture with a bag rest part 19, a seat part 20 and a foot rest part 21. Then, in the process of changing a person lying on a bed into the wheel chair conformation, in order to avoid the person lying on the bed conformation being pushed out forward, the part 20 is temporarily tilted corresponding to tilting of the part 19 so as to set a side closer to the part 21 to be an upper side to change the conformation so that the buttocks part of the person lying on the bed may be sunk compared with that at the time of the bed conformation. |
