PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form for forming a pattern, by which a plurality of forms, each made of a unit block body and can be arranged in combination at a proper arrangement position without complicating an arrangement work and, at the same time, no unnatural joint line is formed on the surface of a retaining wall. SOLUTION: By arranging unit block bodies 1 under the state that their edge side parts are abutted against one another with no gap between them with a certain directionality since an upper and a lower unit block bodies 1 adjacent to each other shift horizontally, the edge side parts of the unit block bodies 1 adjacent to each other not only do not cross nearly crosswise but also the joint line can be made complicated through the combination of simple- shaped unit block bodies, resulting in allowing to give a natural impression in appearance. Further, since no directing properties changes even when the unit block body 1 is turned leftside right or upside down, no previous determination of the arrangement positions and directions of the individual unit block body 1 is unnecessary and the arrangements of the unit block bodies can be easily executed at site.
