PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve slidability, wear resistance and impact absorbency of a steel laminate by sequentially laminating a specific amount of nonwoven fabrics and an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin films on a surface of the laminate through an adhesive layer. SOLUTION: An ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene resin (UHMWPE) film is used to develop slidability and wear resistance. In this case, an amount of 20 to 100 g/m of nonwoven fabrics and UHMWPE films are sequentially laminated on a surface of a steel plate through an adhesive layer to obtain a steel laminate having an excellent impact absorbency. That is, after an olefin resin composition obtained by blending a low molecular weight or high molecular weight polyethylene resin having a lower limiting viscosity than than that of the UHMWPE with the UHMWPE is extrusion molded, a nonwoven fabric made of polyester fibers is thermally fusion bonded, the film laminated with the fabric is arranged so that the fabric is brought into contact with the adhesive, and laminated on the plate through the polyester resin adhesive to form the steel laminate. |
