PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition having hardly color transfer character and especially stable properties by containing a neutralized crosslinked- polyacrylamide methylpropanesulfonic acid polymer, noncoated solid particles and an oil-dispersable polymer. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by containing (A) preferably 0.01-20 wt.% at least one of >=90%; neutralized closslinked-poly(2-acrylamide-2- methylpropanesulfonic acid) polymer, (B) preferably 0.1-70 wt.% noncoated solid particles (i.e., noncoated pigment, brightener and filler) and (C) preferably 0.001-5 wt.% oil-dispersable polymer (e.g. a hydroxystearic acid polymer); wherein the ingredient A polymer is generally includes a closslinked unit composed of 90-99.9 wt.% unit represented by formula I (X+ is a cation) and 0.01-10 wt.% crosslinked unit derived from monomer having two or more olefin-based double bonds (e.g. a compound represented by formula II) based on total polymer weight.
