PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically keep constant the unit-time spraying quantity of spray liquid of different characteristics. SOLUTION: When solution detecting electrodes arranged in a spraying part 30 measures the solution level of a reservoir part 30a and detects a level drop, a solenoid 26 drives a pin part to feed a chemical from a chemical bottle 20 to the reservoir part 30a of the spraying part 30 via a feed pipe 25. For intermittent solution feed, a feed interval is determined and power to a piezoelectric element 50 in the spraying part 30 is controlled to maintain the feed interval.
