PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding door and an installation structure therefor which can favorably seal the butting part of seal members of adjacent doors with the seal members kept from projecting over the door in the open state. SOLUTION: This folding door includes plural door members 3a, 3b folded to be spread out forward from the laterally arranged closed state to be opened, and a frame body 2 supporting plural door members 3a, 3b to be freely opened and closed, wherein the lower end of each door member 3a, 3b is provided with a seal member 37 adapted to closely adhere to the frame 2 in the closed state. The folding door further includes a connecting member 4 disposed striding over the lower ends of the adjacent door members 3a, 3b, and a partial seal member 39 provided at the lower end of the connecting member 4 to be connected to both seal members 37, 37 of the adjacent door members 3a, 3b.
