PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the vibration-isolation construction method for an existing building, by which earthquake-resistant repair is carried out even in the building having no pile in a foundation. SOLUTION: Operation, in which a ground surface is excavated primarily along the existing footing beam 10 of the existing building and the existing footing beam 10 is exposed, the periphery of the existing footing beam 10 is reinforced and a bearing beam 22 is formed, the lower section of the bearing beam 22 is excavated secondarily and a bearing slab 24 is constructed to the lower section of the bearing beam 22 while a jack for temporary reception is mounted on the bearing slab 24, and an isolator 26 and a damper 32 are set up between the bearing beam 22 and the bearing slab 24 while bearing the bearing beam 22, is conducted successively at every partition, and the jacks for temporary reception are removed at every partition.
