PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sticks dispensing with complicated adjustment corresponding to the weight of a user without making the user feel difficulty during walk. SOLUTION: A cylinder 40 is interposed at an intermediate part of a stick body. A working chamber 42 is partitioned in the cylinder 40 by a piston 41. Rods 45, 46 of the piston 41 are protruded downward or upward from the stick body, and the lower end abuts on the road surface, or a grip 11 is fixed to the upper end. An internal fluid leakage passage 49 and a return passage 412 having a check valve and returning a fluid into the working chamber 42 are formed in the working chamber 42. |
