摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a clamp device on a robot arm by lightening the clamp device. SOLUTION: A cylindrical receiver body 11 in which a locating pin 14 and a clamp arm 15 stored in a slit 16 formed on it are built is installed on a cylinder body 12. A cam hole 28 to be engaged with a cam pin 26 is formed on the clamp arm 15, a first piston 21 connected to the clamp arm 15 is provided in the cylinder body 12, and the clamp arm 15 carries out opening and closing movement and forwarding and backwarding movement by this first piston 21. A second piston 31 to which the locating pin 14 is connected through a sleeve 32 is provided in the cylinder body 12, and both of the pistons 21, 31 are devised to reciprocate by feeding of fluid from a first feeding and discharging port 41 and a second feeding and discharging port 42.
