SUBSTANCE: proposed tank has platform with running gear, barrel 4 with ladders for maintenancemen and device for filling and sealing the tank in form of filler neck 6, lid 7, crossbar and balancer. Balancer flexible members are secured by levers 11 on lid, and by levers 12 on barrel, and are stressed so that maximum working moment of balancer should be less than moment of lid gravity force.
