PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work transferring device capable of offering space saving, furthermore, of shortening tact time, and of lowering costs. SOLUTION: This device is formed out of a first actuator 1 which is supported by one end of a shaft 5, is moved to the direction coaxial with the shaft 5 for holding or resting a work 3, a second actuator 2 for moving the shaft 5 in the vertical direction, a rotor 6 fixed to the other end of the shaft 5, and provided with a cam follower 7, and of a plate cam 8 which abuts against the cam follower 7, and is inclined toward the vertical direction of the shaft 5.
