摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging method of charging material into a blast furnace which contrives the activation of solid furnace part of coke, etc., in the blast furnace operation and is suitable to hold the ventilation in good condition and stably keep the furnace condition. SOLUTION: In the operation of the bell-less blast furnace, the sampling is executed from a tuyere during stopping the blasting or during operating, and coke having >=3 mm size is selected from the obtd. samples and the ratio of the coke sticking the molten material in the cokes is obtd. and in the case the peak value in this ratio is obtained within 2 m from the tip part of the tuyere, at the time of charging the charging material into the blast furnace, the coke is charged and piled into intermediate part from the furnace center to the furnace wall and successively, iron ore is charged into the interval between the outside of the charged and piled coke and the furnace wall of the blast furnace. On the other way, after charging the coke into the lower part in a furnace top hopper just above the blast furnace, successively, the iron ore is charged into the upper part thereof. Then, after charging a large part of the coke stored at the lower part in the furnace top hopper into the intermediate part of the blast furnace, a swing chute is shifted to the outside of the charged and piled coke, and the charge of the iron ore stored at the upper part, is started.
