PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paving structure having excellent compressive strength and an bending strength in a simple execution and, at the same time, to provide the paving structure capable of efficiently permeating liquid such as rain water or the like. SOLUTION: A paving structure is constituted of a road base 10 having permeability of liquid such as rain water or the like and having a lower layer road base 11 formed by compacting a crushed stone assembly substance A consisting of crushed stones having various particle sizes in the range of particle size less than 100 mm and an upper layer road base 12 formed by compacting a crushed stone assembly substance B consisting of crushed stones in the range of 5 mm-20 mm in particle size on the lower layer road base 11 and spraying and hardening reactive resin E from above of the crushed stone assembly substance B. A mixture of reactive resin F and a pebble assembly substance C consisting of pebbles in the range of 3 mm-7 mm in particle size is spread on the upper layer road base 12 to level off, and it is equipped with a surface layer 20 having permeability of liquid such as rain water or the like formed by hardening the reactive resin F.
