PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an integration type multilayer chemical analytical element, in which a hematocyte filtration layer used for rapidly detecting the concentration of glucose, cholesterol or lactic acid in blood in high accuracy is not provided, and provide a measuring method using the element. SOLUTION: This integration type multilayer chemical analytical element for measuring the concentration of glucose, cholesterol or lactic acid in blood has a reagent layer 21 containing a composition comprising an oxidase selected from the group consisting of a peroxidase, a leuco pigment having absorption peaks at 600-700 nm wavelengths and exhibiting color development, glucose oxidase, cholesterol oxidase and lactic acid oxidase and having 30-80% porosity. The reagent layer is fixed by an adhesive arranged in dots-like state or linear state onto a light-permeating support or by a hydrophilic adhesive arranged on the whole surface.
