INK JET HEAD AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eject ink efficiently by bonding a head body to a cover substrate and bonding piezoelectric elements each other without hindering deformation of barrier wall or causing ink leakage or stripping. SOLUTION: An inkjet head comprises a head body 2 employing polarized piezoelectric elements and having ink channels being sectioned by a barrier wall 2 wherein ink is ejected by applying a voltage to an electrode arranged on the barrier wall 2b to cause shear deformation of the barrier wall 2b. Two piezoelectric elements polarized in the opposite directions are bonded through a curing adhesive exhibiting tensile modulus of elasticity of 100 kg/cm2 or above after curing and a cover substrate 4 is bonded to the head body 2 through a curing adhesive exhibiting tensile modulus of elasticity of 100 kg/cm2 or above.
