PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate an operation for changing a seating position onto a seat and an operation for changing an attitude of the seat into 'a housing attitude'. SOLUTION: A support means 7 through which a seat body 6 is supported on a floor panel 2 has front and hind legs 13, 14 extending downward from a lower surface side of the seat body 6; front and back upper pivotal supporters 15, 16 through which the seat body 6 pivotally supports respective upper end parts of the front and hind legs 13, 14 to allow free back-and-forth turning of the front and hind legs 13, 14; front and back lower pivotal supporters 17, 19 through which the floor panel 2 pivotally supports respective lower end parts of the front and hind legs 13, 14 to allow the free back-and-forth turning of the front and hind legs 13, 14; and a energizing means 31 for energizing the seat body 6 so as to move the seat body 6 toward a halfway position in the back-and-forth direction of the seat body 6 when the seat body 6 approaches to the foremost position or the backmost position from the halfway position within a back-and-forth movable range wherein the seat body 6 moves back and forth according to the back-and-forth turning of the front and hind legs 13, 14.
