PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk storage case which is simply structured by taking environmental protection into consideration. SOLUTION: The disk storage case 10 includes a protection body 44 with at least one side opened wherein a disk can be stored inside, a cover 42 coupled with the opened side of the protection body 44 and approximately for closing the opening when closed wherein the cover can be opened/closed, and a holder 46 coupled with an internal face 30 of the cover 42 and received in the protection body 44 when the cover is closed wherein a CD is held without relative movement thereon. As the cover 42 of the disk storage case 10 is opened, the holder 46 coupled with the internal face 30 and the CD held without relative movement with the holder 46 are drawn out of the opening in a direction of an arrow C.
