PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and to adapt to divided use while improving easy disposability and saving of resources by a method wherein a heat-weldable opening and a pre-sealed tubular spout are formed integrally with a bag main body, for a bag for liquid to be used as an inner container of a bag-in-box. SOLUTION: A opening 2 for filling, and a tubular spout 3 which is pre-sealed when molded for a container are formed, being integral with the container when the container is molded and processed. Parts 4 formed by seaming with a metal mold at the sides of the container on molding the container are utilized as folding lines when an unused empty container is folded up for storage. After the container is filled with contents which are put inside through the opening 2 and heat sealing is applied, the spout 3 is folded up while the container is set in a corrugated board case serving as an outer container. After that, the spout 3 is cut with sissors or the like so that the contents can be discharged little by little. Thereby, parts for filling and discharged are not required to be attached separately, and reduction of cost can be achieved for parts and attachment.
