PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold hair planting method improving pull-out resistance by gradually changing the inclination of planted bristles and preventing exposure of the embedded parts of the bristles, twist of the exposed part of the bristles and tip unevenness of bristles, and to provide a hair planted product manufactured by this method and having bristles planted to gradually change the inclination. SOLUTION: A mold 10 having a cavity 11 for pressing a synthetic resin 6 therein to form a hair planting base body 1, and a plurality of hair planting holes 12... arranged at the hair planting face forming part, is used, and bristles 2... are inserted in the hair planting holes 12... so that the length of embedded parts 3 is in a range of 0.3 mm-3.0 mm. Polypropylene resin with a melt index in a range of 8-30 is pressed into the mold 10 at press-in temperature in a range of 170 deg.C-300 deg.C from a casting port 14 of the cavity 11 along the hair planting face forming part so as to reach the end 15.
