PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a printing apparatus which can enhance the efficiency of manufacture and can reduce the cost of manufacture. SOLUTION: When a handle 51 is revolved, a feed roll 18 fixed axially to a shaft 60 is moved forward and backward and the length of circumference of the part where a tapering peripheral surface of the feed roll 18 and a resin pipe P come into contact with each other changes. Since the speed of rotation of the feed roll 18 rotating with the movement of the resin pipe P is changed thereby, the timing of printing of a printing roll gearing with the feed roll 18 changes. Accordingly, a printing interval can be corrected without replacing the feed roll by the one different in diameter, according to the kind of the resin pipe P to be manufactured.
