<p>PURPOSE: A biological treatment method of waste water using aerobic microorganism is provided, which is characterized in that media in shape of cylinder is installed so that porous contacting material is provided. CONSTITUTION: A media unit (1) for sticking of microorganisms is installed, which is in shape of cylinder (2). Several holes (4, 4') for flowing water are made on the surface, and a contacting material (7) in shape of sponge is filled in the cylinder (2). The contacting material is made of synthetic resin (5), and materials in shape of thread are woven to make porous media. Both ends of the cylinder are opened, and the contacting materials are suspended in the waste water. Lots of units are included in the contacting tank, and move in the waste water so that microorganism can be stuck to the media excellently.</p> |
