PURPOSE: A power electronic device including a cooler is provided to improve cooling of the device by decreasing the volume of the device. CONSTITUTION: A power electronic device including a cooler includes a first thermal transfer and structure(16), an insulator composite synthesis structure(19), and a connection node. A connection node is implemented on a side wall of the power electronic device opposite to the first synthesis structure(16). The power electronic device includes a conduction or semiconductor layers opposed to the semiconductor circuit. The connection nodes are applied to a plane array of the inter-insulated conduction materials. The array is included to at least a second thermal transfer and the insulator composite synthesis structure(19). At least the first thermal transfer structure(16) and the second conduction structure include a heat transfer fluid.
