PURPOSE: A device for guiding tray of CD-ROM driver is provided to decrease vibration and noise by making a tray move forward or backward to maintain the balance. CONSTITUTION: A device for guiding tray of CD-ROM driver includes a main base(6) which forms a CD-ROM(Compact Disk-Read Only Memory); a tray(42) which is installed on the main base(6) sliding forward/backward and on which a CD is loaded; rollers(56) which are placed on both sides of the tray(42) and pressurize to keep the balance when moving forward/backward; a rod(54) which is installed on a side wall(38) of the main base(6) and combines the roller(56) rotatable; and a motor(10) which is installed in lower part of the main base(6) and supply driving force for the tray(42) to move forward/backward.
