PURPOSE: A method for cooling electrical apparatus and an electrical apparatus using thereof are provided to preserve the inner structure of the electrical apparatus from dust, to block the noise from inside from getting out, and to cool heat emitting devices. CONSTITUTION: A method for cooling electrical apparatus and an electrical apparatus using thereof includes the first and the second step. At the first step, an electrical apparatus with at least one heat emitting device is surrounded by a case(10), and the noise and dust are sealed out. At the second step, the inner air(40) inside of the case(10) is circulated forcefully, in order for the heat emitted from the emitting devices to be conveyed to the case(10). The heat from the emitting devices are generated while the emitting device is cooled with air.
