PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the height of a leg rack before attaching a photographing device to a leg rack by providing an adjusting means for adjusting positional relation between the attaching position of an attaching means and an index. SOLUTION: A 1st slider 5 having a scale 5a and a holder 5b equipped with a knob for fixing 6 is inserted movably with respect to a base 2 having a knob for fixing 3. Then, a 2nd slider 7 having the index 7a and the scale 7b is inserted movably with respect to the holder 5. The base 2 has a female screw and is attached to the universal head 1 of the leg rack. By loosening the knob 3 and making the slider 5 get in/out of the base 2, length L3 between the male screw of the universal head 1 and the index 7a in a direction parallel with the upper surface 1a of the universal head 1 can be adjusted. Furthermore, by loosening the knob 6 and making the slider 7 get in/out, length L4 in a direction perpendicular to the length L3 is adjusted.
