PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability of refractory tile by employing a refractory tile for protecting water tubes having a parallelogram side view, an inclination angle equal to the angle of elevation of a supporting hook for imparting a specified angle of elevation to a fin coupling the water tubes, and a recessed fixing hole being fitted to the supporting hook made in the back face. SOLUTION: A refractory tile 1 has a parallelogram side view inclining at the same angle in the same direction as a blind inclining fixing hole 2 made in the enter. Two semicylindrical concave faces are formed on the back side of the refractory tile 1 along water tubes 3 and a nib 6 of 20-40 mm long, 5-10 mm wide and 3-7 mm high are projected from a part on the circle closest to the working face side.
