PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illegal access to a LAN(local area network). SOLUTION: In a time information recording means 10, the start/end time for making communication possible or impossible is recorded beforehand. Also a timer means 20 performs a calendar processing. A security judgement means 30 reads time information from the time information recording means 10, inputs calendar information from the timer means 20, judges whether or not to perform the communication and performs reporting to a communication control means 40. The communication control means 40 performs a communication signal processing through a port 50 when the communication possible corresponding to the judgement of the security judgement means 30.
