PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust and select an interval between a handle and an operating lever arbitrarily and to safely, also easily and surely accomplish a brake operation regardless of the size of a user's hand. SOLUTION: An auxiliary operating lever 2 is attached integrally to an operating lever 1 between the lever 1 and a handle rod 6 in a freely turnable and displaceable way in the direction of the handle 6, in such a case, the lever 1 is attached pivotally to a fixture 3 attached to the handle 6 in a freely turnable and displaceable way in the direction of the handle 6, the lever 2 located between the lever 1 and the handle 6 is also provided integrally with the lever 1 so as to be approachable to and separable from the lever and the interval between the handle 6 and the lever 2 can be adjusted. |
