摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bisubstrate binding peptide to be prepared easily and hold a highly uniform molecular structure by giving avidity to two kinds of ground substances having two different peptide areas. SOLUTION: For peptide areas, an amino acid sequence selected from an already known binding peptide, a peptide newly screened from a peptide library or antibody library, etc., can be used. The peptide library includes a chemosyntetic library, etc., and the antibody library includes such a library that is built by using an antibody gene produced from the mouse liver, etc., as a starter. Since the two peptide areas have such minimum numbers of residues that one substrate binding part can take a secondary structure, and so on, it is preferable that each area has 5-700 amino acid residues. In addition, as far as the ground substances binding properties of the peptide areas are maintained, the areas can be bound to each other directly or through a spacer peptide area and the preferable sizes of the areas are 1-1,000 amino acid residues.
