PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fatigue failure detecting device in vibration test capable of measuring the time up to a fatigue failure without requiring the monitoring by an operator. SOLUTION: This fatigue failure detecting device 1 comprises a vibration generator 2 which a sample 4 is attachably and detachably mounted on and fixed to, a displacement sensor 5 for detecting the displacement by vibration of the sample 4, a displacement detection part 6 for converting the detection signal detected by the displacement sensor 5 to a displacement detection data followed by outputting, a displacement monitoring part 7 for comparing the displacement detection data outputted from the displacement detection part 6 with a displacement threshold data, and outputting an abnormal displacement detection signal when the displacement detection data is larger than the displacement threshold data, and an abnormality time recording part 8 for recording the time hysteresis of the input of the abnormal displacement detection signal outputted form the displacement monitoring part 7.
