PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample stand being easily cleaned and enduring repetitive use by applying coating to a sample placing surface with a fluororesin. SOLUTION: The sample stand 10 uses an aluminum plate 10d as a base material, and is coated with a composite resin 10c of a PTFE (tetrafluoroethylene resin) using a black color as a base and a PFA (tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer resin). Actually, the sample stand is coated with a platinous tone using a silky black as a black pigment. A flange 10b is raised upward in a peripheral edge part of the sample stand 10, and a marking 10a for showing plural readable ranges for arranging a sample such as gel is formed in a recessed shape or a projecting shape in a flat part except for the peripheral edge. The marking 10a is formed after coating. Thus, since a sample placing surface is coated with a fluororesin, even if a fluorescence pigment, a sample and the like stick to the placing surface, these can be easily cleaned.
