PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device where sufficient nip width can be formed without making the diameter of a roll great and at the same time, is provided with the roll for transportation of particles where adjustment of electric resistance value at the time of manufacture can be carried out easily. SOLUTION: In this image forming device, the developing roll which is the roll for transportation of particles is constituted from a rotary shaft 2a1 as the central shaft, an elastic layer 2a2 which is formed in a cylindrical shape around the periphery of the rotary shaft provided with elasticity, a conductive layer 2a3 with which the surface of the elastic layer 2a2 is covered and a resistant layer 2a4 with which the outer periphery surface of the conductive layer 2a3 is covered as the surface layer. |
