PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a changeover mechanism by moving a shifting gear in a lateral direction intersecting an axial direction of an input shaft. SOLUTION: A changeover mechanism comprises an input gear G1 provided on an input shaft 19, and a plurality of shift gears G2, G3 differing each other in a gear ratio. The changeover mechanism is composed of a shift part frame F2 moving in a direction intersecting the input shaft 19 at intermesh changing over of the shifting gears G2, G3 with the input gear G1, an output gear G4 supported and provided at a fixed position in an extending direction of the input shaft 19, a moving operating means for the shift part frame F2, and a fixing means for fixing the shifting part frame F2 to the position to be moved to. At the time of engaging with the input gear G1, each shift gear G2, G3 is engaged with the output gear G4 with another gear attached thereto.
