PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the relation between the flow rate of an operating oil and adjusting angle to nearly linear and adjust the entire area with the same feeling by making the sectional shape passing the center of the longitudinal direction of the tip of a needle to a nearly secondary curve or the end to a nearly semicircle. SOLUTION: In the method for adjusting the vehicular attenuation force for changing the flow rate of an operation oil flowing between passages 93, 94 by changing the interval between a needle seat and a needle stopper 18 seat by rotating the adjust screw 16 contacting to the back of the needle 11 by the change of the flow rate of the opertation oil, the relation between the flow rate of the operation oil and the adjust angle of an adjust screw 16 is kept in nearly linear by making the tip of the needle in a specific shape.
