PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently feed high-frequency energy by restraining the occurrence of discharge between the end of a power feeding hole formed at a joining part of a heating chamber to a waveguide, and the wall surface of the wave guide and an antenna of a high-frequency wave generation device in a structure, wherein the high-frequency energy is fed to the heating chamber through the wave guide. SOLUTION: This device is constituted of a high-frequency wave generation device 9, a heating chamber 8, a waveguide 10, and a power feeding hole 11 formed at a joining part of the heating chamber 8 to the waveguide 10, and an end of the power feeding hole 11 is formed on the opposite side to the wall surface of the waveguide 10 by bending it, so that the occurrence of discharge between the end of the power feeding hole 11, and the wall surface of the wave guide 10 and an antenna of the high-frequency wave generation device, and high-frequency energy can be efficiently fed to the inside of the heating chamber 8 by restraining energy loss at the end 12 of the power feeding hole.
