PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health managing apparatus capable of managing a body weight or the like by easily observing a display unit. SOLUTION: A measured value of a body weight or a percentage of a body fat measured by a measuring unit is transmitted to a display device 10 with an infrared ray as a medium, and displayed on a display unit 20 of the device 10. Thus, the device 10 is mounted at a position to be easily observed while measuring, for example by the unit by a user, and the measured value such as the weight or the percentage of the body fat can be observed without forcing an unreasonable attitude. The value such as the weight or the percentage of the body fat measured by the unit is stored at a user unit in the device 10, and then the user can observe a history graph of the own weight and the percentage of the body fat by a simple operation of pressing an own identifying key and a history-display switching key 14 from identifying keys 12a to 12d.
