PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce temperature rise of a top plate surface. SOLUTION: In the case of exhausting combustion exhaust air generated at a burner 20 during cooking from an exhaust chamber 50 upward, hot air generated in an air duct 36 is pulled to the chamber 50 by a drafting force of combustion exhaust gas, and exhausted together with the exhaust gas out of a gas cooker body. In this case, the air out of a heating cabinet 12 is sucked from an air port 34 provided at a side of a heat shielding plate 32 to cool the plate 32, and transmission of heat in the cabinet 12 to the plate 10 by the plate 32 is suppressed to reduce rising of the surface temperature of the plate 10.
